Such a simple word that conveys emotions, yet it cannot be expressed. I have learned that perhaps fitting into a different community and adapting myself to match its expectations is how this world works.

Yes, it works, but do you know that you have to lose yourself? It is a huge sacrifice.

Just imagine building a new personality that will be destroyed to be reshaped into another. It is a saddening fact that this mostly happens to teenagers. Teenagers get moulded easily into the atmosphere. After some years, when they look back at all those memories, that is when they realise how much has changed in them.

Have you noticed the people who made you smile have suddenly shut themselves off?
